  • Track changes in applicable laws and regulations and revise internal policies and procedures accordingly.

Training and Development:

  • Remain informed about industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the legal support provided to the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law institution.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial agreements and licensing, ideally within an in-house legal team or a law firm.
  • In-depth knowledge of contract law, intellectual property law, and relevant regulations.
  • Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with contract management software and other legal tools.
