Job Description

Gpac is partnering with a leading Mechanical Contractor to find an experienced Assistant Project Manager/Project Engineer.


The ideal candidate will have HVAC piping experience and be able to coordinate with the Project Executive to set up contracts, P.O.'s, testing/inspections, submittals/samples, subcontractor/supplier lists, and project schedules.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Estimator on the project budget, scope, potential problems, and critical items.
  • Confirm all quantities with the Estimator.
  • Review returned subcontracts before signing.
  • Thoroughly review plans and specifications with the field superintendent.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
