About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Behavior Health Specialist to join our team at Achieving True Self. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans to support our young clients within the home and community setting.
  • Collect data as defined within the plan and record in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
  • Guide and support families and caregivers to implement new skills.
  • Be a steward of ATS's mission, vision, values, and beliefs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and a good driving record.
  • Ability to work during evenings and after school hours.
  • Ability to use technology for documentation completion and administrative responsibilities.
