Job Description

As an Administrative Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization, including managing records and information, planning and maintaining work facilities, and providing administrative assistance to the management team.

You will also be responsible for encouraging and improving cross-department internal communication, performing other office tasks, managing and distributing faxes, maintaining filing cabinets, assembling tax returns, logging incoming work, managing staff calendars, mailing proposals to customers, receiving and posting customer payments, processing credit card payments, posting AP, running credit card payments & batch out transactions, answering phones, printing/reviewing timecards, and researching/correcting erroneous or missing time punches.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administrative services or related fields
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
