Department Overview

Our award-winning Inside Sales & Retention team plays a crucial role in guiding both current and prospective customers by showcasing the benefits of DISH's offerings through a consultative sales method. Compensation Structure

$20.50/hour base salary plus unlimited commission. Target earnings are approximately $68,000/year, with the potential for significantly higher income based on performance. Top achievers can earn well over six figures annually. Additionally, you will have the chance to advance two levels within your first year, along with corresponding title and pay increases.
