Job Summary:
We are looking for a Registered Nurse with experience in Cath Lab procedures to work on a seasonal contract basis. As a Cath Lab Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for evaluating assigned patients, planning and implementing nursing care, and assisting physicians during examinations and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans
- Assist physicians during Cath Lab procedures and provide support as needed
- Administer medications and perform various patient tests within the scope of practice
- Teach patients and families about self-care skills and promote independence
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements:
- Current FL RN license
- Minimum of one year of related work experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
- NIHSS certification
- Previous Cath Lab experience
