Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Principal Survivability Engineer to work on our cutting-edge stealth technology programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing advanced stealth systems, including radar cross section reduction and electromagnetic signature reduction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electromagnetics, antenna design, and systems engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop advanced stealth systems, including radar cross section reduction and electromagnetic signature reduction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate stealth technology into aircraft and other platforms.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test reports.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in stealth technology and apply this knowledge to our programs.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • At least 9 years of experience in stealth technology, electromagnetics, or a related field.
  • Active DoD Secret clearance (or higher) required.
  • Special Access Program (SAP) clearance required.
  • Strong background in electromagnetics, antenna design, and systems engineering.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • Experience with Northrop Grumman proprietary computational electromagnetic analysis codes.
  • Knowledge of Applied Electromagnetics and Aircraft Survivability.
  • Ability to post-process complex electromagnetic data.
