Primary Care Physician

HealthyU Family Medicine is seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team in Rancho Mirage. As a physician-owned value-based care organization, we prioritize quality patient care and community health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary health care services to a panel of patients.
- Lead the care team and ensure delivery of high-quality, affordable care to the community.
- Participate in practice quality improvement programs and evaluation of practice performance metrics.
- Adhere to privacy, compliance, and quality programs, as well as regulatory and compliance standards.
- Implement new health technologies, products, and services to establish HealthyU Clinics as a leader in community health and wellness.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of clinical practice experience.
- Experience providing primary care and working with managed healthcare systems.
- Knowledge of quality assurance, quality improvement, risk management, and population health and disease management programs.
- Superior communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
