Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our team at Eisenhower Health. As a Physician Assistant, you will play a vital role in the management of patient care in our Primary Care department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the health status of patients and obtain relevant health and medical history
  • Perform physical examinations and order diagnostic procedures as needed
  • Identify health and medical risk factors and develop a treatment plan under the supervision of a physician
  • Provide patient education and counseling on health promotion and disease prevention
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • BS or MS degree in Physician Assistant Studies
  • Physician Assistant licensure by the Medical Board of California
  • Current certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
  • DEA provider number schedule II-V
  • American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Department setting
