About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Practice team in Sedro Woolley, Washington.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative team environment
  • Conduct thorough medical exams and develop treatment plans
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform procedures as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

The Ideal Candidate

  • Must be certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with 1-2 years of post-training experience in Family Medicine
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Desire to work with underserved populations, with experience working with indigent or rural populations preferred

  • Our clinic culture is laid-back, team-oriented, and friendly

  • Approximately 20 patients per day
  • Epic EMR system
