Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Behavioral Health Solutions (BHS) is seeking highly skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs, FNPs, AGNPs) or Physician Assistants (PA-C) to join our team of mental health treatment professionals. As a leading provider of behavioral health services, we are committed to delivering state-of-the-art psychiatric care to adults and geriatrics in various settings.
Responsibilities- Provide face-to-face psychiatric services to patients directly in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
- Assess patients' mental status based on symptoms and develop treatment plans.
- Diagnose DSM-V disorders and apply appropriate medical decision-making skills for mental health issues.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists to staff clinical cases.
- Licensed in Washington by the Board of Nursing in good standing with a focus in psychiatry.
- Licensed by the Washington Board of Pharmacy in good standing to prescribe controlled substances (possession of a DEA).
- Possession of Malpractice Insurance if Independent Contractor (offered by the company for W2 employees).
- 1 year of Geri Psych Experience.
- 1 year providing treatment within Skilled Nursing Facilities and/or Acute Rehab Hospitals.
- Billable hourly compensation model (no waiting on reimbursements).
- Avoid "no-shows" when working in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
- Hands-on and remote training/supervision.

- $63.00 to $88.00 per Billable Hour, W2 and Independent Contractor options available.
