About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Platform Management and Governance Consultant to join our team at Wells Fargo. As a key member of our Technology CyberSecurity Division's Platform Management team, you will play a critical role in providing platform management and service operations and operational reliability engineering support for the CyberSecurity organization.

As a Cyber Security Platform Management and Governance Consultant, you will be responsible for monitoring compliance with a wide variety of enterprise risk management initiatives, providing SME support on compliance processes and documentation requirements, and evaluating highly complex business problems and providing subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives.

You will also be responsible for ensuring communication and information flow between business and technology teams, establishing controls and processes to prevent, identify and address risks in the organization, and drafting and presenting risk reports to executive leadership and senior staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor compliance with enterprise risk management initiatives
  • Provide SME support on compliance processes and documentation requirements
  • Evaluate complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency
  • Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams
  • Establish controls and processes to prevent, identify and address risks
  • Draft and present risk reports to executive leadership and senior staff
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience
  • 2+ years of experience working in an Agile environment using collaboration tools
  • 2+ years' experience in risk management, IT Governance, compliance, regulatory, or audit function
