Reconstruction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our company's construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, insurance restoration, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Plan, schedule, and oversee all construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain a strong commitment to quality and safety, implementing and enforcing quality control measures, and addressing any issues or deficiencies promptly.
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects and teams, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on insurance restoration.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets.
