Responsibilities:
- Design and implement diverse creator incentive programs to motivate creator activation and achieve monthly business goals.
- Develop strategies and insights to source optimal mid to long-tail e-commerce creators for activation.
- Analyze affiliate creator data to build an in-depth understanding of the creator ecosystem and determine solutions to underserved areas of the creator journey.
- Work closely with affiliate product teams to launch new features and optimize creator sales and growth tools.
- Identify overarching creator pain points and partner with cross-functional teams to solve key challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 2+ years experience in creator or e-commerce partnership management and operations.
- Strong work experience building and implementing scaled creator/influencer/user/business partner growth programs to achieve revenue goals.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple cross-functional teams to develop plans and execute projects.
- Comfortable navigating and driving results in a fast-paced environment and is open to change.
- Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, strong problem-solving skills.
