Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Lead to join our team at Fort Brands. As a Store Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating the sales department, supporting management, and ensuring sales goals are reached.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sales department activities and ensure sales goals are met
  • Support management in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to enhance their skills and performance
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and display maintenance
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retail management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with MS Outlook and MS Office
