About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Ciena Healthcare. As a nurse with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and provide nursing care services to our guests, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Supervise and guide Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other team members to ensure high-quality care.
  • Administer medications safely and accurately, and assess the health of our guests, notifying physicians of any changes in status.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team.
  • Contribute to the assessment and development of our guests' plans of care, ensuring their unique needs are addressed.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting, preferably in a nursing home or assisted living environment.
  • Current LPN licensure in the state where you will be working.
  • CPR certification.
