POSITION SUMMARY

As an Automotive Mechanic / Service Technician at Big O Tires, your primary role will be to deliver outstanding customer service while executing a range of automotive services efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Communicate effectively the advantages of our services and products to clients
  • Maintain professional interactions with colleagues and customers
  • Safely and efficiently operate vehicles
  • Conduct maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid inspections
  • Ensure workspaces are tidy and organized
  • Follow company policies and procedures diligently
REQUIREMENTS
  • ASE Certification is preferred
  • Personal tools are necessary
  • Flexibility in working hours is required
  • Willingness to acquire new skills and utilize technical resources
  • Comfort with handling hazardous materials
  • Ability to lift heavy items and meet physical demands
  • Adherence to safety regulations is essential
