Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Phil Long Ford of Trinidad and Phil Long Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and RAM. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless vehicle repairs, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Meet and greet customers, understanding their vehicle concerns and needs.
• Conduct thorough inspections, identify issues, and recommend necessary repairs.
• Prepare and present repair orders, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Communicate effectively with customers, explaining repairs, costs, and timelines.
• Manage customer relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with technicians, ensuring efficient and effective repairs.
• Stay up-to-date with manufacturer training and certifications.

• 2-4 years of experience in automotive service or a related field.
• ASE certifications and manufacturer training.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
