Swim Instructor

SafeSplash Memphis is seeking a passionate and experienced Swim Instructor to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming skills to students of all ages and skill levels in a fun and positive manner.

Responsibilities:

* Teach swimming skills to students in accordance with SafeSplash's curriculum
* Provide continuous, positive corrective feedback to students and customers
* Structure class time to incorporate repetition, reinforcement, and introduction of required skills
* Ensure swimmer safety
* Maintain proper equipment and time organization

Requirements:

* A demonstrated passion for working with kids
* Previous swim instruction experience preferred, but not required
* Current CPR certification
* Ability to work weekday afternoons/evenings and/or weekends
* Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds in weight
