The Restoration Team Leader is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and executing work activities on restoration assignments to meet service demands and ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and manage the client experience, monitored through online feedback.
  • Clearly communicate expectations to restoration technicians and oversee their tasks.
  • Organize and execute production processes as planned while ensuring quality control; this is a physically demanding role.
  • Identify safety risks, communicate them, and implement control measures to safeguard occupants and workers. Adhere to and promote safe work practices and risk management protocols at all times.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and accurate job file to document the services rendered.
  • Manage labor and material usage on assigned projects. Protect and utilize equipment and supplies responsibly.
Position Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with basic math and computer proficiency.
  • Experience in cleaning or restoration is preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • IICRC certifications are a plus.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to regularly lift a minimum of 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Capability to climb ladders, work at heights, and navigate tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
  • Comfortable working with cleaning products and chemicals.
  • Willingness to travel locally and out of state as needed.
  • Must successfully pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
