Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team at Alro Steel Corporation. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing an established customer base, pricing and processing orders, solving customer delivery and material challenges, and interacting with operations on behalf of the customer.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow an existing customer base to increase sales and revenue
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to customers
- Solve customer complaints and issues related to delivery and material quality
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless customer service
- Previous experience in the metals industry, preferably in sales or customer service
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
