* Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit

* Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care

**Requirements**
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Washington
* BSN degree from an accredited nursing program
* At least 1 year of experience in an Intensive Care Unit setting
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
