Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver emergency medical assistance and ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises.
- Oversee the security of both the interior and exterior areas, implementing safety protocols and conducting regular patrols.
- Engage in public safety initiatives and foster positive interactions with residents, staff, and visitors.
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide essential medical interventions as needed.
- Handle non-emergency inquiries with professionalism and care.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Current CPR certification and EMT license are required for flexible positions.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary starting at $21 per hour, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
