  • Oversee the security of both the interior and exterior areas, implementing safety protocols and conducting regular patrols.
  • Engage in public safety initiatives and foster positive interactions with residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide essential medical interventions as needed.
  • Handle non-emergency inquiries with professionalism and care.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Current CPR certification and EMT license are required for flexible positions.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment.
