About the Role:

EnviroPest is seeking a skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on products and services, and performing treatments and services for both residential and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform treatments and services for both residential and commercial customers, including but not limited to, pest control services, termite control services, and rodent control services.
  • Educate customers on products and services, including but not limited to, pest control products, termite control products, and rodent control products.
  • Participate in safety meetings and perform vehicle safety inspections to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Attend product training sessions and meetings when necessary to stay up-to-date on the latest products and services.
  • Help maintain warehouse cleanliness and notify Supervisor or Branch Manager immediately if product spills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Branch Manager.

Requirements:

  • Ability to repetitively bend and lift boxes, bags, and equipment up to 80 lbs.
  • Safe operation of company delivery truck.
  • Ability to work and contribute to a team approach with a positive attitude and outlook.
  • Willing and shows desire to work overtime hours during busy seasons.
  • Ability to be versatile, flexible, and willing.
  • Can effectively multi-task.
