Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Client Support

  • Assist experienced agents in providing outstanding service.
  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

Policy Assessment

  • Work alongside agents to conduct thorough policy evaluations.
  • Identify and recommend enhancements for improved coverage.

Product Education

  • Help in informing clients about available insurance options and their advantages.

Documentation Management

  • Ensure accurate and prompt completion of all required paperwork and documentation.

Training and Growth

  • Actively engage in training sessions and workshops.
  • Continuously improve your insurance knowledge and sales capabilities.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance, is beneficial.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Personal Qualities:

  • Self-driven and goal-oriented with a genuine desire to assist clients.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Licensing:

  • Must possess a valid insurance license or be willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
