  • Process customer transactions accurately using the dealership's computer system.
  • Receive payments in various forms, including cash, checks, and credit cards, ensuring accurate recording on the repair order or counter ticket.
  • Provide change and issue receipts to customers with precision.
  • Manage incoming calls, directing customers to the appropriate departments and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Address customer concerns with professionalism and escalate issues to the relevant personnel for resolution.
  • Operate the switchboard telephone system efficiently.
  • Engage with callers in a courteous and efficient manner, minimizing wait times.
  • Assist management with various administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor while interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Familiarize yourself with departmental structures and internal processes to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
