- Quality Control: Conduct quality control reviews at various project milestones to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Business Development: Participate in business development activities to identify new project opportunities and grow the company's municipal transportation portfolio.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited college or university.
- Experience: Minimum of four years of experience in municipal transportation project management or a related field.
- Professional Certifications: Professional Engineering licensure in the location of practice.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software, as well as knowledge of control systems and special system components related to discipline.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and support staff.
