Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Train and operate various front of house roles including cashier, host, and busser.
  • Maintain a customer-first approach in all interactions.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings.
  • Accurately take and process customer orders both in-person and via phone.
  • Utilize the Point of Sale (POS) system for order entry.
  • Handle cash transactions following established procedures.
  • Ensure cleanliness and readiness of dining and service areas.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Strong command of English with effective communication skills.
  • Basic math skills and logical reasoning ability.
  • Exceptional customer service skills in various settings.
  • Self-driven with the ability to identify and complete necessary tasks independently.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Availability for a minimum of four shifts per week, including weekends and holidays.
  • Capability to manage multiple responsibilities under time constraints.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Familiarity with technology, particularly POS systems.
