Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Support Coordinator to provide administrative support to our housing nonprofit organization in the Boston area.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with Microsoft Office, and previous administrative experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filing and scanning documents
  • Data entry tasks, including Excel work
  • Mail merge projects using MS Word
  • Performing other administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

  • A proactive and eager individual
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Previous administrative experience

Benefits:

  • $20 per hour for a standard schedule of 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
