Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Management Team Lead to join our team at Good Earth Markets. As a Management Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by cultivating genuine compassion and a desire to help people, creating a positive and welcoming shopping experience.
  • Store Operations: Maintain awareness of scheduling needs, theft prevention, fraud and shrink, and complete merchandising tasks to ensure the store is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Product Management: Maintain product availability, freshness, and store cleanliness, ensuring that products are displayed and stocked in a way that is visually appealing and easy to navigate.
  • Employee Development: Work to create success and satisfaction for team members through training support and skill development, helping them to grow and advance in their careers.
