Job Summary

Trucadence LLC is seeking a skilled Blending Technician to safely and efficiently operate batch blend processing systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and execute blending formulas to produce high-quality finished goods.
  • Operate machinery and equipment to blend chemicals and create soap pods.
  • Document the blending process and maintain accurate records.
  • Load and unload blending machines, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
  • Monitor blending operations and report any issues or concerns.
  • Perform quality checks on blended products to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and improve blending processes.

Requirements:

  • Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Previous experience in chemical manufacturing or a related field.
  • Knowledge of chemical handling and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
