Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Blending Operator to join our team at Trucadence LLC. As a Blending Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating batch blend processing systems to produce high-quality finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and execute blending formulas to ensure accurate and consistent product quality.
  • Operate blending machines and equipment to produce soap pods.
  • Document the blending process and maintain accurate records.
  • Load and unload blending machines, and perform quality checks on blended products.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and improve blending processes.

Requirements:

  • Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Previous experience in chemical manufacturing or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of chemical handling and personal protective equipment (PPE) is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
