Job Description

Wyndy LLC is seeking an experienced Transportation Coordinator to oversee safe and efficient transportation services to schools in Santa Rosa, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop daily transportation schedules and routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures
  • Collaborate with school administrators to address student transportation needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Ensure compliance with state and district transportation policies and regulations, maintaining a culture of safety and responsibility
  • Coordinate and supervise school bus drivers and monitors, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
  • Monitor fleet maintenance and repair activities, implementing cost-effective solutions to minimize downtime
  • Resolve transportation-related issues promptly and professionally, ensuring minimal disruption to students and staff
  • Maintain accurate transportation records and documentation, utilizing data analytics to inform decision-making
  • Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for transportation services, ensuring optimal use of resources
  • Stay updated on industry best practices to improve efficiency and safety standards, driving continuous improvement
