Senior Production Assembler

Key Responsibilities:
Assists in the setup of all workstations and assembly areas as designated.

Verifies documentation to ensure that all necessary data forms are available and contain accurate identifying details – such as lot number, product designation, date, etc.

Executes all production tasks according to the schedule by following the outlined production procedures.
Records all essential information on the Device History Record (DHR) forms, adhering to Good Documentation Practices.

Supports the maintenance of physical separation of production lots by employing segregation techniques and utilizing equipment like caution tape, security ribbons, or other physical barriers.

Maintains a clean and organized workspace before, during, and after production runs.

This involves cleaning machinery, sweeping the floor, organizing containers, disposing of scrap materials and rejected components, returning unused raw materials, and ensuring tools and cleaning supplies are stored properly.

Assists in training colleagues on proper processes, procedures, and equipment operation.
Conducts and documents production counts of completed products and transports them to the designated area.
Assists with the shutdown procedures at the end of shifts or workdays.

Ensures that all equipment not in use between shifts is turned off or powered down at the end of the final shift.

Assists in processing products identified as nonconforming in accordance with Non-Conformance Material Report (NCMR) instructions.

Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Preferred: 1+ years of experience in manufacturing and assembly of electromechanical components.
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is essential.
Exhibits good housekeeping and organizational skills.
Must possess the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus.
Demonstrates mental alertness concerning process parameters, accuracy, and safety.
Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions is crucial.
Effective communication skills are necessary for collaboration with team members regarding daily production activities.
