Job Summary:

First Federal Bank of Louisiana is seeking a Part-Time Teller to join our team at our Main Office. As a Part-Time Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and performing various banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, answer their inquiries, and provide assistance with their banking needs.
  • Banking Operations: Process transactions, manage cash, and maintain accurate records.
  • Product Sales: Identify opportunities to sell bank products and services to customers, and refer them to the appropriate specialist.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: A minimum of six months of cash handling and customer service experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.

Work Schedule:

The normal part-time work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 2 PM - 6 PM. Regular attendance is required.
