Agile Transformation Lead Role

The Agile Transformation Lead is a critical position that will spearhead our multi-year agile transformation journey. As a highly visible and impactful role, you will work closely with our agile delivery teams and existing Agile Coaches to build proven industry practices and scalable processes for agile product delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with stakeholders to define and execute strategies for adopting agile ways of working
  • Coaching teams to enable continuous improvement, transparency, and a culture of psychological safety
  • Driving process execution by guiding product owners and mentoring team members
  • Reporting on patterns and anti-patterns in intra-team agile dynamics
  • Designing and leading workshops on Lean-Agile values, principles, and practices
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience working in an agile culture with deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Agile frameworks
  • 7+ years of experience working in an agile environment as a coach, Product Owner, or Scrum Master
  • Demonstrated experience coaching at least 2 agile teams concurrently through a multi-year agile transformation
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise agile transformation and scaling frameworks like SAFe
  • Strong understanding of agile values, principles, and compliance requirements for a bank
