About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Special Procedures Technologist to join our team at Bon Secours. As a Special Procedures Technologist, you will play a critical role in assisting licensed practitioners with fluoroscopic and specialized interventional and Neuro-Interventional procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist licensed practitioners with fluoroscopic and specialized interventional and Neuro-Interventional procedures
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the procedure and providing instructions
  • Utilize the hospital electronic medical record to review patient information and document critical findings
  • Perform high-quality diagnostic vascular laboratory examinations using ultrasound and physiologic testing equipment
  • Adhere to exam protocols and use sterile technique
Requirements
  • Certification and Registration with ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
  • BLS Basic Life Support – American Heart Association
  • ACLS-Advanced Cardiac Life Support- American Heart Association (preferred)
  • Certification in Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiography R.T.(R)(CV)(ARRT) (preferred)
  • Vascular-Interventional Radiology R.T.(R)(VI)(ARRT) (preferred)
  • State Licensure (preferred)
