POSITION SUMMARY:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Sales Performance: Achieve store sales targets by employing effective sales strategies and sharing product insights with customers. Assist customers in selecting merchandise that aligns with their preferences and needs.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Ensure a seamless checkout experience by staying informed about payment policies and procedures.
  • Store Operations: Support inventory management and visual merchandising efforts to maintain an appealing shopping environment. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a cooperative team atmosphere by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues in achieving collective goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift.
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Regular climbing and reaching as part of daily responsibilities.
