Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per yearWe are currently seeking an Associate Consultant - Property Loss Control - Fire based in the United States and the European Union. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a remote position in various metropolitan areas, including Chicago, IL; Atlanta, GA; Los Angeles, CA; Charlotte, NC; New York and New Jersey; Toronto, Canada; St. Louis, MO; and Frankfurt, Germany.
Job DescriptionThis role involves conducting loss control surveys for prospects and clients, performing plan review services, and developing technical expertise to provide services to increasingly complex risks. You will also be responsible for client loss control surveys, evaluating automatic fire protection and water supply systems, reporting and evaluating building construction, occupancy, special, and natural hazards, and developing loss estimates based on scenarios such as the Maximum Foreseeable Loss.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to manage your own workload and provide project management services. This job may be ideal for individuals who have a four-year college degree or higher, are disciplined and motivated, can apply technical knowledge to client needs, and are able to climb ladders, lift/carry up to 50 lbs., stoop, crouch, crawl, and traverse catwalks.
