Position Summary: We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for seasonal kitchen support roles. This position plays a crucial part in maintaining cleanliness and organization within kitchen environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain kitchen work areas and equipment in a clean and orderly state.
  • Perform regular cleaning tasks, including sweeping and mopping floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
  • Operate large kitchen machinery such as dishwashers and trash compactors.
  • Wash and sanitize food preparation surfaces, including worktables and utensils.
  • Manage waste disposal by segregating and removing trash appropriately.
  • Assist in the setup of banquet tables and other front-of-house preparations as needed.
  • Support loading and unloading of supplies and products, adhering to safe lifting practices.
  • Distribute supplies and equipment to various areas as required.
  • Comply with all sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in food service and loading dock operations is essential.
