Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cosmetic Nurse Practitioner to join our team of professionals at our privately owned Dermatology clinic. As a Cosmetic Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients and helping them achieve their desired aesthetic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial patient consultations to assess their needs and determine the appropriate treatment plan.
- Administering cosmetic treatments, including injections of Botox, fillers, and other cosmetic injectables, as well as performing laser treatments, chemical peels, and other non-surgical cosmetic procedures.
- Providing patient education on the procedures they are undergoing, any potential risks, and the expected outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all patient interactions, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Collaborating with other healthcare providers, including dermatologists and plastic surgeons, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Participating in ongoing education and training to maintain licensure and stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in cosmetic treatments.
Requirements:
- Active nurse practitioner license.
- 2+ years of experience in a Dermatology Cosmetic setting.
- Proficiency with cosmetic injectable procedures and other aesthetic treatments.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
