Job Title: Registered Dental Assistant

At PDS Health, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists in delivering high-quality treatment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist dentists in gaining patient commitment for optimal treatment
  • Participate in the Perfect Patient Experience by focusing patients on optimal treatment while attending to their individual needs and concerns
  • Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment for patients
  • Prepare patients for treatment and assist doctors in providing efficient and quality dental care
  • Complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed by dentists
  • Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care
  • Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and operatories according to ADA guidelines
  • Maintain compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations
Qualifications:
  • Equivalent to high school diploma or GED, and specified training courses as mandated by state for certification, licensure, or registration
  • Certifications/licenses/registrations as mandated by applicable state
  • Associate degree or one-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
