Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage project specifications, analyze customer expectations, and generate reports. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed implementation specifications that meet customer requirements
  • Develop reports, timelines, and visuals to convey progress and expectations to management, customers, investors, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the IT team to fulfill data sampling, project analysis, testing verification, and other user requests from existing client databases
  • Anticipate project disruptions and their potential impacts on the business

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Mandatory experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dynamics AX is necessary.

Requirements
  • Design Business Requirements documents for system improvements and bug fixes
  • Conduct meetings with users and managers to document and address problems and pain points
  • Train end-users and contribute to the training library
Estimated Salary

$90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
