We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Procurement Capital Equipment Specialist to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global procurement strategies for capital equipment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with capital equipment procurement.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide analytical support to inform procurement decisions, leveraging data and market insights to drive business value.
  • Develop and maintain category knowledge, staying up-to-date on market trends, supplier performance, and emerging technologies.
  • Lead category management initiatives, driving cost savings, process improvements, and supplier development.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business leaders, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure seamless execution of procurement strategies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in procurement, category management, or related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering cost savings, process improvements, and supplier development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills, with ability to work across functions and levels.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
