HALLMARK YOUTHCARE RICHMOND INC is seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at our Residential Treatment Center in the Greater Richmond area. As a leading provider of emotional care for adolescents, we offer a warm and supportive environment where our staff takes pride in delivering quality care.

**Job Summary:**
We are currently hiring LPNs to provide safe and quality care to our residents. Our ideal candidate will utilize critical thinking skills to coordinate and implement care plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

**Responsibilities:**

* Record resident medical history accurately
* Observe residents under treatment to identify progress and potential side effects of medications
* Clean and dress wounds, and assist with basic medical care tasks
* Administer injections and prescribed medications as needed
* Provide emotional and psychological support to residents

**Requirements:**

* Knowledge of medications, their proper dosage, effects, and contraindications
* Effective communication and documentation skills
* Ability to plan and organize assigned work
* Ability to interact appropriately with residents aged 11-17
* Ability to apply sound judgment and clinical skills to ensure optimal patient care
* Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

**What We Offer:**

* Competitive hourly rate up to $32.00 (with shift differentials)
* 7pm-7am shift
