Key Responsibilities
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure to support our growing customer base.
  • Automation and Orchestration: Develop and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
  • Monitoring and Alerting: Automate monitoring and alerting to improve efficiency, security, and reliability of cloud infrastructure.
  • Incident Response: Investigate and resolve production incidents, and provide support to ensure customer success.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with motivated engineers from diverse backgrounds in software engineering, system engineering, and product management.
Requirements
  • Cloud Computing Experience: Proficient in at least one Hyperscaler (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Programming Skills: Experience with scripting and/or programming languages such as Go, C, Shell, Python, or Java.
  • Unix and Windows Technologies: Familiarity with Unix and Windows technologies, including DNS, SMTP, SSO, and Active Directory.
  • Security and Compliance: Knowledgeable about SAML in the use of SSO applications and experience working in highly regulated environments.
  • Education and Experience: Computer Science Degree or related field and 2 plus years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • AWS Certifications: AWS Certifications are a plus.
