Maintenance Tech Lead Job Description

Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech Lead to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with production operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory management, and equipment performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair to continuously improve our processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
