Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Record to Report to lead our cross-functional transactional accounting teams in delivering key business objectives. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for aligning strategic objectives with business goals, providing leadership and direction to internal and external teams, and driving deliverables in alignment with corporate goals and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the financial performance of assigned business areas by analyzing financial data, comparing data to third-party information, and researching and reviewing associates' research of financial information.
  • Discuss business impact of information in data and other information to the profit and loss within accounting rules, ensuring audits are managed for timelines and accuracy.
  • Facilitate the relationship between the team and internal customers and external specialists, serving as a Subject Matter Expert for Enterprise Business Services.
  • Analyze balance sheet accounts and account reconciliations under areas of responsibility, ensuring timely communication of issues and proper resolution.
  • Communicate financial risks to business partners and collaborate with third-party partners to mitigate such risks.
  • Partner with Transformation and Business Integration team in identifying opportunities, providing subject matter expertise, and developing requirements jointly with Transformation team.
  • Oversee and review work performed by third-party partners, ensuring quality, timely delivery of service, and resolution of potential challenges and issues.
  • Direct the implementation of initiatives and process improvements in area of responsibility, communicating action plans to the team and leading teams through process changes.
  • Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects, identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities, and removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance.
  • Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity, training and providing direction to others in their use and application.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000.00-$155,000.00, annual or quarterly performance bonuses, and additional compensation for certain positions, including stock. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance. Paid time off benefits include PTO (including sick leave), parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting.
