As a key member of the management team, you will play a crucial role in promoting corporate values and cultivating a positive workplace culture. This position serves as a vital link between management and employee relations, addressing employee concerns, grievances, and other matters.
You will leverage your HR expertise to enhance employee engagement, resolve complex employee issues, and coordinate administrative activities aligned with the organization's goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
- Educate managers on policies and procedures.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
- Maintain knowledge of labor laws and personnel file management.
- Provide necessary support for payroll requirements.
- Assist in performance management and review processes.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in Human Resources Management with generalist responsibilities for a diverse team.
- Proficiency in recruiting, onboarding, and training for hourly/front-line employees.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and employee recognition programs.
- Excellent computer skills and communication abilities.
- A valid Driver's License.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet.
- Ability to create and facilitate training sessions using webinars.
- Strong attention to detail and flexibility to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills.
