Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain current knowledge of financial markets, Wilmington Trust investment process, and wealth management offerings.
  • Develop Individual Policy Statements (IPS) with and for clients, including annual reviews and updates.
  • Implement investment strategy recommendations and prepare portfolio recommendation letters as needed.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of various Bank resources to facilitate client service delivery and expand client relationships.
  • Serve as a support associate to assigned Investment Advisors as required.
  • Maintain a current understanding of changes in the industry, including Federal and state-specific regulations.
  • Participate in sales efforts and identify additional opportunities with existing clients.
  • Understand and adhere to Company risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year's investment-related experience or equivalent combination of higher education and work experience. Comprehensive industry and investment knowledge, strong verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in pertinent office software.

Location: Rochester, New York, USA. Estimated salary: $35.31 - $57.19 per hour, based on industry standards and location.
